Kumquart Estate is composed by 6, stylish and self-contained units rented together as a whole property to benefit from total privacy (there are no other properties overlooking the estate) and private use of the pool. The apartments can be rented also separated with common use of the pool. The whole property has been cleverly designed with an eco-friendly aim, using old techniques mixed with modern materials. The 6 units are named respectively “Kumquat”, “Mandarin”, “Orange”, “Grapefruit”, “Bergamot” and “Lemon”.

Kumquat and Mandarin are identical, set over one floor, and located next to each other. Each one features a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a great shower room. Orange, once again on one floor, has 2 airy en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a kitchen. Grapefruit, is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a well appointed kitchen, a twin bedroom and a shower room. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where a living area as well as the master bedroom suite (with its own bathroom) is located. Beautiful wooden beams, attention to the details, natural materials, top quality fittings complement the setting. The whole property is air-conditioned through (included in the rental price).

Bergamot and Lemon are similar and located next to each other. Bedroom 1 has a queen double bed, whereas bedroom 2 has two single beds. Both apartments have 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) and all bedrooms are equipped with orthopedic mattresses, providing the ultimate in comfort and anatomical support. A sitting and dining area, along with the kitchen in an open plan arrangement, is being found, in between bedrooms. The sitting area is equipped with a double sofa bed, that can sleep at least one person. The large windows ensure ample choice for natural lighting, while they afford superb views to the surrounding, densely-forested hills. Both feature an outdoor sitting area, with pergola helping you relax into natural shade and a private garden equipped with outdoor furniture and chaise lounges, overlooking the swimming pool.

Outside, the whole property is surrounded by unspoilt land with fruit trees, scented flowers, Mediterranean trees: it is a true heaven! Guests have at their exclusive disposal a large private pool (10m x 5m, depth 1.7m) equipped with comfortable sunbeds to relax and suntan under the shining Greek sun (pool towels are included). The property as well as the pool area offer total privacy, with no other houses overlooking.
